Person Replacement

How Larpable's person replacement technology works — placing your AI identity into scene images.

Person replacement is the core technology behind Larpable's image generation. Instead of generating a face from scratch, Larpable takes your AI identity's appearance and places it into a scene image, replacing the person in the scene.

How It Works

  1. 1You upload a scene image that contains a person
  2. 2Larpable identifies the person in the scene
  3. 3Larpable replaces that person with your AI identity
  4. 4The result is a photo of your identity in the scene's environment

Multi-Person Detection

When a scene contains multiple people, Larpable can detect each person and let you choose which one to replace. Enable the 'Multiple people' toggle on the upload node, and Larpable will scan the image and show numbered boxes around each detected person. Click a box to select which person to replace.

When to Use Person Replacement

Person replacement is used whenever you generate an image. It's the mechanism that keeps your identity consistent — the same face appears in every scene, because it comes from your reference photos, not from a new generation each time.
